Cancellation Policy
How to stop paying, what happens to your sites, and how to come back.

This document is not finished: the business's legalName, address, jurisdiction, grievanceOfficer have not been filled in yet.
Cancelling takes one click and needs no conversation with anybody.
1.How
Settings, then Billing, then Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately and no further payment is taken.
2.What happens to what you have paid for
You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut you off on the day you cancel.
After that the account continues on the free plan: your sites stay published, your projects stay where they are, and your daily credit allowance returns to the free one.
3.What happens to your sites
Nothing. Cancelling a subscription does not unpublish anything, delete anything, or take a custom domain away. Closing your account is a separate, deliberate action.
4.Closing the account entirely
Settings, then Account. This deletes your projects and unpublishes your sites, and it cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first — every site exports as plain HTML and CSS.
5.Coming back
Subscribe again at any time and the paid features return at once. Nothing is lost by pausing, as long as you did not close the account.
6.If you cannot cancel
If the button does not work, or you no longer have access to the account, write to socialsprouts1@gmail.com from the address the account was opened with and we will cancel it for you. We will confirm in writing, and no payment is taken after that.
